Cape Tribulation is a beautiful slice of paradise tucked away in the northern corner of the Daintree Rainforest. It marks one of the last points accessible by car (well, in a rental that is) before the road turns to a gravel track. After a full day of exploring the Daintree, I arrived at Cape Tribulation just before sunset, immediately happy I had decided to squeeze in one last spot. It's a beautiful spot, but not for swimming. Saltwater crocodiles and irukandji jellyfish call these waters home.
