We take great care in preparing and delivering each print to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Times
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing, quality checking and packaging before dispatch.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Packaging
Your print will be carefully packaged using high-quality materials to protect it in transit.
A4, A3 & A2 prints (International): securely rolled and shipped in protective mailing tubes.
Domestic orders (Australia): smaller prints are shipped flat with rigid backing; larger prints may be rolled for safe delivery.
This approach ensures your print arrives in excellent condition, wherever you are in the world.

Standard Shipping: $15
Free shipping on orders $120+
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
New Zealand
Flat rate shipping: $25
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International (Rest of World)
Flat rate shipping: $35
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.
